SUN considers gender as a "cross-cutting " issue in the whole organizational functions and recognizes the practical and strategic needs of gender in all way. The organisation beliefs, promotes and practice the gender issue in side and to fellow partners. In this respect, SUN has established a gender-friendly and equal opportunity management functions and providing goal-oriented capacity building training and support service activities in it's target community.
