There are 15.000 trained volunteer firefighters in Finland and nobody knows are they immediately available to respond for 112-emergency. On average 112-service needs to wait 5-10 minutes to get availability status of alerted volunteer rescue unit. Any minute lost might result in death and permanently destroyed property.
