Mobile Kidney Dialysis is a healthcare service that makes hemodialysis more accessible across Finland for locals and tourists who require care.
Those needing hemodialysis require 3-4 treatments per week lasting 4-5 hours of care. This does not include traveling time.
Beneficiaries of this service include those suffering from end stage kidney disease, living far away from a hemodialysis clinics, elderly people and tourists.
Increased accessibility will achieved by building buses and vans with inbuilt dialysis machines that can travel closer to patients.
Mobile Kidney Dialysis is looking for co-founders with a deep interest within the healthcare field. Positions and expertise that need to be filled include:
- Medical adviser - someone who has knowledge and is passionate about nephrology, and renal replacement therapies.
- Business Developer - someone who wants to work within the healthcare business field and has the skills to develop strong and diverse business strategies, and financial planning.
