Automated process plant as electric grid stabilisation asset.

Electric grid volatility is a problem and will increase in the future. Sudden changes in consumption has to be compensated with frequency reserve.
One solution is to store energy, but in a system abundant with power it is not necessary, just adjust consumption.
Goal is to develop the concept of an automated, low maintenance, plant that can adjust its power consumption up or down for 100% within seconds in order to participate in the frequency containment reserve.
As a secondary stream the plant produces for example desalinated water, hydrogen, light etc.
