AI(Ops) powered incident response system for companies

With use of machine learning algorithms and great user experience, the aim is the create a solution that can help to manage alerts and incidents for operating IT systems. Finding the right person and suggest right actions for an incident to reduce the response and resolution time. Perhaps the system could be taught even to automate responses. While the target has been on the IT field, there is certainly opportunities in utilizing this technology in various other industries. I have been working on a prototype system with one other person for about a year and half and defining the product.
